Reports To: Sales Manager
- Meet or exceed monthly vehicle sales targets.
- Assist customers with vehicle selection, product features, pricing, and financing options.
- Conduct test drives in accordance with dealership policy.
- Complete accurate sales paperwork and process transactions in line with company and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and participate in required training.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and service departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Ensure all sold vehicles are prepared for delivery and that customers understand vehicle features, warranties, and maintenance schedules.
- Attend sales meetings and report on performance metrics.
- Other job duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous sales experience preferred; automotive sales experience is a plus.
- Post-secondary education in business or marketing is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- State-mandated sales license
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and match them with appropriate products.
- Basic proficiency in mathematics for pricing, financing, and commissions.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, reports, and sales materials.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, and drive vehicles.
- May be exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
