Jim Riehl’s Friendly Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is hiring a full time Custodian /Janitorial Maintenance associate. We are looking for an individual with a keen eye for detail to ensure that our business is as clean, neat and sanitary as possible.
Hours:
M-F shift beginning 6pm-12am, flexible hours available after midnight also.

Job Responsibilities:
· Works with a part time employee to clean Showroom, General Office, Customer Lounge, Service Write Up Area
· Dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, disinfecting common areas
· Cleaning rest rooms, lockers
· Emptying garbage
· Cleaning windows
· Cleaning employee lunchroom Job Requirements:
· Be able to perform Essential Duties (i.e. sweep, scrub, mop, vacuum and clean carpets, clean and dust cabinets, remove garbage, clean entry-ways, doors, hall-ways, restrooms, offices, meeting rooms, shop floors, tool rooms, parts storage, and other facilities) - one year experience
· Understand and carry out oral and written instructions specified in English
· Frequently lift up to 20 lbs
· Able to work days or evenings as needed
· Operate janitorial cleaning equipment
· Perform tasks that require a moderate degree of physical strength and endurance
· Work in conjunction with another team member and with minimum supervision
· Previous custodial experience preferred but not required
· Valid Driver’s License
· Able to pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment
